Staying in the heart of the region, our weekend includes a visit to the extraordinary cellars at La Jarnoterie in St-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, a tasting with our Trophy-winning Saumur winemakers from Domaine de la Cune and a visit to one of our Anjou winemakersWe have either a trip to Angers where we have lunch and a visit to the Chateau to view the remnants of the Tapestry of the Apocalypse, or if you prefer have a stroll around the town, or in alternate years we have lunch near Saumur at Les Caves de Genevraie with Georges Bureaua delightful restaurant set in a troglodyte cave, absolutely stunning location.
