Autumn 2006: Also awarded a Coup de Coeur in Hachette 2007, Domaine Gruss are popping a cork for their Crémant d’Alsace. This is a méthode champenoise sparkling wine, which André makes from a blend of Auxerrois, Riesling and Pinot Noir grapes, and matures on its lees for 24 months.
