Domaine Dubois News

Summer 2006: Partners at Domaine Dubois will know that Béatrice Dubois is what is known as a flying winemaker, as she regularly jets off to make wine in the southern hemisphere. Wine critic Jancis Robinson recently wrote an article about her, but not referring in this instance to the wines from Domaine Dubois, but to a wine she made at Melbourne Technical College from grapes grown in nearby Yarra Valley. Jancis was so impressed with the wine, that not only did she recommend it as her ‘wine of the week’ but she also noted that it tasted remarkably more burgundian than Australian. Of course she did go on to mention that Béatrice’s exceptional burgundian wines are available to 3D Wines Partners.
