The Dubois family are widely respected for the superb quality of their wines. Their Nuits-Saint-Georges has a powerful bouquet of red fruits and a touch of spice and vanilla. The Côtes de Nuits-Villages has
a softer expression with flavours of
blackcurrant and a hint of liquorice.

This small vineyard was planted in the 17th century on the instructions of Cardinal Richelieu. Brothers Jean-Luc & Jean-Albert Mary bring a combination of classic and modern techniques to their winemaking, and every year they makes wines that are consistently the very best of the appellation. Les 3 Jean is a big wine, filling the mouth with sumptuous fruit flavours.

I must write to tell you how much we enjoyed our visit to 'our vineyard' - Domaine de la Vieille Fontaine. David gave us a wonderful tour and even offered us a job for the day as it was harvest time. Thank you very much for helping our sons buy us such an exciting Christmas present.
