Crémant de Loire rosé Cuvée Esprit de Sophie
Our exciting new and exclusive addition to the 3D range, is our superb Crémant de Loire rosé called cuvée Sophie (after Georges’ daughter). The Crémant is a blend of 40% Cabernet Franc, 30% Grolleau and 30% Chenin Blanc and has been aged on its lees for 12 months. It is as effervescent as Georges himself and he describes it as a real beauty! It has a lovely deep salmon colour and is splendidly aromatic with an enticing mix of citrus and red fruit flavours. The finish is crisp and long.
