Riesling Les Prélats
Our exclusive Riesling is made from a tiny individual plot, next to the Grand Cru Eichberg, with which it shares many characteristics - except price! Its delicate floral bouquet and flavour, with a mineral or slatey finish, is very typical of the terroir. It is quite dry, with good balance between fruit and acidity, and although delicious when young, it will improve for up to 10 years.
The Riesling Les Prélats and Gewürztraminer Vieilles Vignes are both ideal as an aperitif, but with food they are remarkably versatile, being especially good with spicy oriental dishes.
